Two days to develop answers that optimize and harmonize every aspect of the participants’ ventures.
After establishing a functioning framework, we will identify the drivers of every perspective and develop a routine to actively manage the performance of the ventures.
On the first day we dive deep into every perspective and break down the typical drivers with real-life examples. Creating clarity in every participant’s mind what the drivers / aspects of her venture are – and how they interact.
On the second day we build on this clarity to organize all thoughts and notes in a framework that fits the participant’s way of thinking best, before we start to truly develop the venture. From the center to the edge – and back again. From the big picture to the single pixel – and back again. From cause to effect – and back again.
Participants shall walk out of this workshop with a clear picture of her venture and an actionable plan how to further develop it. But also with a framework that helps her realizing and answering any changes, threats and opportunities form this point forward.
